Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product 2024
On June 19, 2024 Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)- VITM and VIIAS organised an offline mentoring session on 'Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product/Business (MVP)' for Engineering and Management students. Speaker introduced the core principles of Lean Startup, emphasizing its importance in building adaptable and resilient businesses. Speaker engaged students with interactive discussions and Q&A segments, encouraging them to apply Lean Startup and MVP principles to their business ideas. He highlighted how these methodologies help reduce product development cycles and minimize wasted resources. The session’s allowed broad participation, demonstrating IIC’s commitment to fostering innovation despite geographical barriers. Through this session, students gained valuable insights into effectively testing and iterating their products, inspired by the success stories of companies.
